Summary

Join StackAdapt as a Benefits Specialist to administer and enhance our global benefits, including health and welfare plans, wellness programs, and time off policies. This role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on benefits administration
  • Practical application of benefits management in the U.S., and Canada in a multinational organization - tech industry is a plus!
  • Strong analytical skills (advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Sound judgment, problem solving, relationship building skills

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle benefits administration, including enrollment processes, partnership and escalation support with external vendors, and record maintenance
  • Data entry, integration and file management workflows in relevant systems (e.g. HRIS, and carrier systems), and complete audits as necessary to ensure data integrity
  • Participate in our annual renewal and open enrollment processes through planning, implementation, and communication of all new benefit programs
  • Assists in the development and delivery of educational materials, presentations, and communication strategies to enhance employee understanding of benefit offerings
  • Provide support to employees on any benefits-related inquiries and resolve any case escalations with third-party service providers
  • Maintain benefits policy with regards to leave of absence, disability management, perks offerings, etc
  • Ensure benefits invoices are audited and processed timely
