Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BI, sales operations, or data analytics
• Strong skills in SQL, Looker, Excel, and Salesforce reporting
• Proven ability to turn raw data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Writes and speaks fluent English

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SDR dashboards, forecasting models, and attribution tracking
• Identify performance trends and funnel bottlenecks, supporting regional SDR Managers
• Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps on CRM hygiene, automation, and reporting
• Track campaign effectiveness, rep productivity, and conversion metrics
• Present insights to leadership and collaborate on data-driven GTM decisions
• Support the reporting requirements for specialized motions such as ADR, BDR, and ISDR
