Summary
Join Intersect Power as a Contractor, HRIS & Data Analytics, providing support in data management and HRIS improvement for a 3-4 month assignment. You will report to the HR Operations Lead and work within 60 miles of one of Intersect Power's hubs. Responsibilities include data management, reporting and analysis, system maintenance, employee support, training and documentation, compliance, process improvement, and collaboration with various teams. The role requires proven experience in HR processes and system usage, strong technical skills with Ceridian Dayforce, proficiency in data management and analysis tools, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a flexible remote work environment and pays $40-$45 USD per hour, but does not include benefits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR processes and system usage
- Strong technical skills and experience with Ceridian Dayforce, including administration and reporting
- Proficient in data management, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR stakeholders
- Ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Accurately entering and updating employee information, such as personal details, job titles, salaries, and benefits, in the HRIS system
- Provide support generating reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS software. Collaborating with IT and HR teams to optimize system functionality
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HRIS-related matters, such as accessing self-service portals, updating personal information, and understanding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for HR staff and end-users to ensure proper utilization of the HRIS system. Creating and updating user manuals and documentation
- Ensuring processes and practices comply with relevant legal requirements, such as data privacy and security regulations. Provide support for payroll compliance
- Identifying opportunities for streamlining HRIS processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving overall efficiency
- Working closely with HR team members, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
