Summary

Join Docplanner's fast-growing AI team as a BI Analyst and contribute to building an intelligent assistant for medical professionals. This mid-senior level role focuses on using data to drive business decisions, primarily through the creation of global reports. You will collaborate with various departments, developing reports, analyses, and models to enhance doctor and patient satisfaction. The position involves working with a global database, creating automated reports, and potentially developing prediction/classification models. Requirements

  • Are able to take a step back from the technicalities and examine them through a business lens
  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic setting (must have)
  • Experience with data visualization and story telling (especially with advanced BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. We use Tableau and Superset)
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
  • Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Experience in leading and executing end to end BI projects
  • Very good level of business English

Responsibilities

  • Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support the business with identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions. You will execute end-to-end BI projects and be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholders
  • Use (and develop!) a global database
  • Create, automate and visualize reports and analysis for both top management and local teams (such as Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Customer Experience)
  • When you become independent in the role you will have a chance to develop prediction/classification models using Python/R
  • Work with Redshift, Git, Tableau, Airflow daily

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge
  • Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot
  • Have a degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field
  • Are open to cooperating with a lot of people from many teams in different countries
  • Like to see instant effects of your work
  • Are careful, diligent and detail-oriented
