Summary

Join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team as a highly skilled Data Analyst with advanced Power BI expertise. This remote contract role, based in the Philippines, is crucial for our business intelligence efforts. You will build, optimize, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Transform complex data sets, particularly from ConnectWise, into actionable insights. A background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and a strong analytical mindset are essential. You will collaborate with department leaders and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report/dashboard development
  • Proficiency in ConnectWise and experience integrating it with Power BI
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex data in a simple, visually compelling format

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across the organization
  • Transform raw data from ConnectWise and other sources into clean, reliable datasets for reporting and analysis
  • Use Power BI to create automated reports that support operational efficiency, financial planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored Power BI solutions
  • Continuously improve Power BI data models and visualizations to enhance clarity, speed, and business value
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and develop ad hoc reports using Power BI to support key business decisions
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all reporting outputs
  • Stay current with Power BI features, updates, and best practices; recommend and implement improvements to data visualization strategy
  • Support data literacy across the organization by training team members on Power BI usage and interpretation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL and database querying is a plus

Benefits

$1,500 to $1,900 per month, based on experience and qualifications
