Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in developing BI solutions and data modeling, with hands-on experience in Tableau
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with large datasets, perform complex queries, and optimize performance
• Experience in data integration, working with various data sources to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for BI reporting
• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver impactful results
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
• Experience in data visualization best practices and a deep understanding of how to present data in an actionable way for business decision-making

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI solutions using Tableau, creating dashboards and reports that support business decision-making
• Build and refine data models that align with business requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs
• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and visualize complex data sets, providing insights through intuitive reports and dashboards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration and ensure reports reflect accurate, up-to-date information
• Create clear documentation for BI reports, dashboards, and models to make them easy to understand and use
• Provide ongoing support to users, ensuring they get the most value from BI tools, and assist with any troubleshooting
