Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (native-level Spanish preferred)

  • Located in Latin America or native Spanish-speaking regions for cultural compatibility with the patient base
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with patients compassionately
  • Proactive attitude with minimal need for micromanagement

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM tasks, including patient follow-ups and updates
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the practice calendar
  • Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide assistance to Spanish-speaking patients
  • Ensure accuracy and privacy when handling patient information
  • Monitor and respond to messages on social media platforms
  • Compile and analyze reports from social media advertisements
  • Maintain consistent communication with patients through online platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical or customer service setting is advantageous but not required
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic reporting tools (ads/reports, etc)
  • Experience using RingCentral is a plus
