Summary

Renewal by Andersen is hiring Spanish Bilingual Call Center Agents for in-person training. Agents will make outbound and inbound calls to set appointments and document call information. Qualifications include bilingualism in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of customer service experience using software applications, and the ability to work specific hours with excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 8:00 am and ending as late as 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday
• Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center
