Responsibilities

• Address inquiries about state taxes, repayment programs, and related services in both Spanish and English
• Provide clear answers and actionable next steps, guided by the comprehensive training we provide
• Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Document every case accurately and thoroughly in our ticketing software, ensuring exceptional follow-through
• Delight callers with patience, empathy, and top-tier support—turning complex issues into simple solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM—no nights or weekends!
• 4–5 weeks after offer due to thorough background checks (we’re building a top-tier team!)
• Pay : $18.50/hour—competitive and based on your skills and experience
