Summary
Join iHerb as a Junior Global Logistics Specialist and coordinate with domestic and international logistics companies to ensure timely and economical outbound shipments. You will report discrepancies, maintain vendor information, research lost or damaged shipments, and follow up with freight forwarders. Additional responsibilities include organizing monthly customer survey results, performing audits, obtaining quotes, and translating documents as needed. This role requires bilingualism, excellent communication and organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. A minimum of two years of related experience and a high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities
- Report to the Global Logistics Manager any discrepancies of damaged or lost shipments, customs issues, and work with various freight forwarders and logistics vendors to ensure shipments are properly sent to their correct destination and on time
- Support Global Logistics Specialists and Team Lead’s daily functions
- Maintain TMS vendor rates and routings, lead times, pick up times, logos, VAT, tracking mapping, and shipping content
- Research lost shipments, broken items and track items between custom brokers and iHerb Logistics
- Follow-up with freight forwarders and other vendors on a daily basis to ensure timely transit
- Organize and report monthly customer survey results to the management team for improvements
- Perform audits, review logistics processes with the management team when needed
- Obtain quotes, prepare and send vendor pricing update reports to the Accounting Department and the management team
- Translate documents if needed
- Attend corporate meetings when translation is necessary
- Support assigned projects when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required
