You will create and distribute engaging content in English and French across various channels, including blogs, social media, and webinars. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing campaigns. Requirements
- You are fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
- You have excellent French and English copywriting and editing skills
- You are a strong communicator with stellar relationship management skills
- You are team-oriented and can continue to thrive while working independently in fast-paced environments
- You have a keen eye for detail and stellar research skills
- Youโve managed social media accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
- You have experience working on marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders
- Youโre able to work on multiple projects at the same time
- You have 1-2+ years of experience creating content in either B2B, SaaS, or B2B SaaS business context
Responsibilities
- Copywrite, edit, and distribute content pieces including blogs, webpages, emails, ebooks, and more in English and French
- Support social media initiatives from strategy planning through to execution
- Regularly develop and schedule social posts, engage with appropriate pages/people, social listen, and provide pristine customer service
- Support webinar logistics and content such as setting up registration pages, reminder emails, prep documents, slides, and workflows
- Work with the rest of the Marketing team, Product Marketing, Benefits, and Sales teams to bring product updates and launches to market
- Support with PR initiatives
- Publish your first suite of blogs in French and English
- Build relationships with the people operations, sales, client experience, and benefits teams
- Plan and schedule social media calendars to elevate our social presence and impact
- Publish your first set of website updates
- Release one piece of gated content
- Launch your first webinar
- Own our social media accounts
- Support all things webinar โ from ideating, to launching, to executing
- Help the marketing team bring large campaigns to life
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and execute content initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- As a bonus, you have experience with Hootsuite, Webflow, Canva, and/or Figma
- If you are based in Toronto, you are able to travel to the downtown Toronto HQ office or events across the GTA to capture content
