Summary
Join our team as an Integration Data Clerk and support the project management team in integrating all projects, managing Freshdesk tickets, and handling upsales and renewal contracts. You will communicate with third parties, configure integrations, maintain updated documentation, and track new releases. Assist project managers with internal and external departments to ensure timely project delivery. Support customers with new integrations and assist account executives and performance managers with configurations. Continuously improve operational documentation following all releases. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with experience in customer support and the automotive industry.
Requirements
- Be Bilingual (English / French)
- Be Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Have Experience in the automotive industry - min 1 year
- Have Experience in customer support β min 1 year
- Possess Analytical skills
- Have Experience in customer support software
- Demonstrate strong customer focus, organizational skills, respect for others, and adaptability to change
- Possess Excellent communication skills- comfort level with all levels of management and large cross-functional teams
- Possess Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, managing process and collaboration skills
- Have Attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused
Responsibilities
- Evaluate integrations to configure from information found in the main project card, updated by the project managers following the kickoff
- Take delivery date into consideration to plan requests to send
- Support Project Managers with all the changes that can occur
- Communicate and follow-up with third parties to ensure everything will be ready for the launch date
- Identify risks that can compromise delivery and advise internal team if needed
- Perform QAs and tests
- Assist customers with new integrations to configure, or any changes in their tools
- Assist internal departments with all requests concerning integrations
- Activate new products
- Plan training days (If applicable)
- Perform QAs, tests, and project summary
- Follow the new releases and pilots
- Keep the documentation up to date
- Create documentation of the new integrations released
