Summary

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a dynamic and experienced LATAM Recruiter! You will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Latin America for our healthcare sector. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring compliance with local laws. You will utilize various recruitment channels and maintain accurate records. A competitive hourly rate and permanent work-from-home setup are offered. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and technical skills, along with experience in full-cycle recruiting within the LATAM market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on the Latin American market
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the unique aspects of the LATAM region

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to the LATAM market
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles and levels
  • Utilize social media, job boards, networking events, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations based on local trends and industry best practices
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Ensure an engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Manage communication and follow-ups with both active and passive candidates
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
