Summary

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a dynamic and experienced LATAM Recruiter. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Latin America's healthcare sector. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive recruiting strategies for the LATAM market, sourcing and interviewing candidates, utilizing various channels to attract candidates, partnering with hiring managers, providing market insights, building a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience, adhering to local labor laws and company policies, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Latin American market, proficiency in Spanish and English, and experience with ATS. A competitive hourly rate and permanent work-from-home setup are offered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on the Latin American market
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the unique aspects of the LATAM region

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to the LATAM market
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles and levels
  • Utilize social media, job boards, networking events, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations based on local trends and industry best practices
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Ensure an engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Manage communication and follow-ups with both active and passive candidates
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in the Healthcare space preferred
