Join Toast as an Emerging Markets Sales Development Representative (EM SDR) and play a key role in expanding our reach by engaging inbound leads and connecting with US-based SMB restaurants. You will leverage various outreach methods to engage prospects and schedule demos with Emerging Markets Account Executives. Responsibilities include managing inbound leads, scheduling demos, contributing to ARR, making daily calls and outreach activities, collaborating with Account Executives, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Salesloft. Fluency in Spanish and previous sales experience are required. Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (in addition to English) β written and verbal communication
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (sales internships included)
- Strong work ethic and determination to exceed goals
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment while staying motivated and collaborative
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and proactively engage restaurant owners and decision-makers through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, text, social)
- Schedule 36+ demos per month for Emerging Markets Account Executives
- Contribute to $45,000+ in ARR per month as a ramped rep
- Make a minimum of 65 calls per day , with a total of 100+ outreach activities (calls, emails, texts, social)
- Work collaboratively with EM Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and prospect interactions in Salesforce and Salesloft
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft (preferred but not required)
- Restaurant industry experience (nice to have but not required)
