Summary

Join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative working US hours! This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for answering calls, verifying insurance, checking eligibility, scheduling appointments, and handling prior authorizations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a medical background preferred. This is a work-from-home position with excellent benefits.

Requirements

• MUST BE A PHILIPPINE RESIDENT (for foreigners, must be a naturalized or dual citizen)
• Fluency in the English and Spanish languages both written and Verbal
• Can provide great customer service even with challenging patients/providers
• Detail Oriented
• Tech Savvy
• Must have own equipment/tools
• PC/Laptop - minimum of i3 / Ryzen 3 processor and at least 8GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Provider - must be a wired connection with at least 25mbps internet speed
• Backup Internet Service Provider - can either be a wired connection or a wireless connection (modem broadband or pocket wifi) with at least 10mbps for both upload and download speed
