Summary
Join our team as a Virtual Assistant and provide administrative support remotely. You will manage communications, schedule meetings, and handle various administrative projects. You must reside in Latin or South America and have a reliable internet connection.
Requirements
- 5+ years of total professional experience including virtual assistant roles
- 3 years of professional work experience (preferably in insurance)
- Effective communication skills
- Enjoy collaborating on projects
- Proven experience in delivering quality work within the timelines provided
- Technical expertise
- Bilingual (Fluent English and Spanish required)
- Associateโs degree (Bachelorโs preferred)
- Reside in Latin and South America
Responsibilities
- Organize communication via emails and phone calls
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
- Organize meetings, travels, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and organize managersโ calendars
- Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Conduct market research and report on the results
- Help employees with their administrative queries
