Summary
Join ReSource Pro as a Billing Specialist and contribute to the growth of our Compliance OPEX team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding payments and charges, process monthly invoices, and analyze billing reports. This role involves coordinating new client setups, accurately inputting client data, and contributing to OPEX professional services across various departments. You will collaborate with Compliance teams and leadership to execute OPEX initiatives. Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with experience in a business environment and insurance regulatory experience.
Requirements
- 5 + years in a business environment
- 2+ years insurance regulatory experience (P&C preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills (including conflict resolution)
- Strives to respect rules of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding payments, charges, and projections, efficiently managing a high volume of email communication
- Process and generate monthly client invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely archiving
- Review and analyze projections, billing reports, and invoice audits to address client requests across various timeframes and formats
- Coordinate the complete setup process for new clients, including creating templates, spreadsheets, and generating necessary business and project documentation
- Accurately input and verify critical client data from various sources (Salesforce, website, W9s) into our internal systems
- Contribute to OPEX professional service to onshore, offshore operations and other departments (where applicable), such as problem solving, process improvement, designing process and reinforcing standardization
- Work in concert with other Service Delivery Centers on and offshore, as well as with the Delivery Center leadership at all levels
- Ensure all required client documentation is attached and organized within client records
- Collaborate with Compliance teams, employees, and leadership to execute OPEX initiatives. Builds collaborative relationships with service delivery teams through effective communication and team orientation
