This role requires proficiency in Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC) and experience designing in Revit, along with advanced knowledge of electrical building systems. Requirements
- Is proficient in the use of Autodesk products, including Revit, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Navisworks, ACC and their use case and implementation
- Experience designing in Revit required
- Advanced knowledge of electrical building systems design required
- Ability to be hands-on in detailed and high-level strategic initiatives
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven time management skills and an ability to self-direct work and operate autonomously on several time sensitive tasks
- Customer Service experience exhibiting strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead technical meetings and hold partner teams accountable to contractual obligations
Responsibilities
- Use computer aided design technologies to develop sketches, drawings and construction documents as needed
- Review drawings to assure compliance with company design and production standards
- Work with equipment partners to obtain the necessary information needed for drawings management
- Interact with clients to confirm scope and design intent & ensure complete turnover to operations
- Routinely archive and retrieve data from electronic database for support of projects
- Ensure acceptable levels of quality and check for coordination of work to assure drawings reflect As-Built conditions in the turnover models
Preferred Qualifications
- A technical or associate diploma or degree in drafting and/or MEP design from an accredited technical institution or college is preferred
- General knowledge of mechanical, telecom, and/or building control systems preferred
- Experience in the Data Center Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
- Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
- Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
- Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
