Summary

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in customer service
  • Exposure in inbound and outbound calling
  • Experience working in property market or maintenance services industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Handle booking enquiries via email and phone- Inbound
  • Calling and emailing tenants to arrange appointments- Outbound
  • Processing bookings using operating systems in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Communicating with tenant’s, property managers and field staff
  • Achieving KPI goals
  • Working and communicating with different departments within the company
  • Updating job notes and capturing relevant information pertaining that a job
