Summary

Join DoiT, a global technology company, as a Bookkeeper and become an integral part of our Finance team in EMEA. This remote role, based in Israel, UK, Ireland, Spain, or Estonia, focuses on accounts payable (AP) processes. You will be responsible for bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliation, employee expenses, payroll payments, intercompany reconciliations, and vendor ledger reconciliation. The ideal candidate possesses a Certified Bookkeeper certification, minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, and proficiency in specific software and tools. Requirements

  • Possess Certified Bookkeeper certification
  • Have minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Have experience with Priority ERP system and Hisulit software
  • Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Excel
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English to a professional standard (written and spoken)
  • Have experience working in global companies and the flexibility to meet tight deadlines during month-end cycles
  • Possess a high degree of technical savvy and the ability to work with multiple integrated and automated finance tools/processes
  • Be able to effectively operate flexibly and independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Be a self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious
  • Be analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented and able to β€œzoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae
  • Have a great sense of humor and enjoy having fun at work

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for several bank accounts (local and foreign), including daily reconciliation and monthly controls
  • Perform credit card reconciliation
  • Handle employee expenses and payroll payments
  • Conduct intercompany reconciliations
  • Reconcile important vendors’ ledgers and payments
  • Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed
  • Work with our global team to resolve and correct intercompany issues and queries
  • Prepare monthly reports for the FP&A team using excel and google Sheets tools
  • Handle other Finance-related duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with Google Sheets
  • Have experience in Netsuite
