Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, remote work, and financial record management
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and payment processing
• Verify and reconcile orders and purchase orders
• Create and maintain accurate financial quotes
• Oversee license renewals and ensure timely updates
• Communicate with vendors to maintain strong relationships
• Handle internal and external email communications
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations within a SaaS or tech environment
• Familiarity with automation tools for bookkeeping and invoicing
• Previous experience working in a fully remote, fast-growing startup
