Summary
Join iPromo as a Brand Consultant and generate sales leads by qualifying inbound leads from the iPromo website and proactively generating outbound leads. Provide clients and prospects with creative product solutions, quotes, and mockups to generate interest and pass qualified leads to sales representatives for closure. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads within 10 minutes, generating outbound leads through targeted presentations, accurately logging activities in Salesforce, and successfully transferring qualified leads to sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience and 3+ years in the promotional products industry, along with strong communication and CRM skills. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include outbound and inbound lead generation, response time, and value-add email and call metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in a lead generation sales role
- Strong knowledge of the promotional products industry, pricing, ordering process, vendors
- Excellent communication skills via email, phone and face-to-face
- Ability to log tasks and opportunities into a CRM
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 3+ promotional products industry experience
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads by providing a quote and product presentation within 10min of the request
- Generate outbound leads by proactively sending iPromo contacts branded product presentations that fit their company and brand
- Successfully transfer qualified outbound and inbound leads to an iPromo Sales Representative so they can close the sale
- Accurately log all inbound and outbound lead opportunities and activities in salesforce
