Requirements

• Middle and/or Higher Grade (Vocational Training) as: Microcomputer systems and networks, Cybersecurity, Database Administration or similars
• Bachelor Degree as: Information and Digital Content Management, Information and Documentation, Science, Managegement and Service Engineering or similar

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data sets
• Maintain standards for data reliability
• Execute service quality improvement activities
• Work with other departments in order to improve the customer experience
