Summary

Requirements

• 8+ years agency/design industry experience in a fast-paced environment
• 4+ years proven leadership experience managing and guiding a multidisciplinary team or direct reports

Responsibilities

• Own concept development, creative direction, and brand application for integrated campaigns and creative project delivery
• Create visually compelling creative assets that align with the brand identity
• Drive the development of audience-focused creative for brand campaigns and multi-channel marketing initiatives
• Work autonomously and take ownership of brand design/creative in the UK
• Work with our Campaign Managers, Growth and Loyalty teams to create compelling content across multiple media formats
