Requirements

  • Have 6-8+ years of relevant experience, both agency and in-house are preferred but not a must
  • Have a deep understanding of creating impactful campaigns across digital platforms
  • Have a portfolio of best-in-class work showing impact-driven creative across multiple channels
  • Have a strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Are proficient in the creative development process, have excellent art direction skills, and consistently deliver high-quality design
  • Are efficient and deadline-driven
  • Can communicate effectively with creatives and producers, engendering trust and respect
  • Are confident in managing up to leadership, negotiating with key stakeholders and using persuasion to push boundaries
  • Can redirect creative development based on feedback if necessary
  • Are proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop multi-channel ad campaigns for all social platforms, including performance, YouTube, and static ads
  • Plan and Art Direct photoshoots showcasing ZOE's science team in action and our members' personalised nutrition journeys, creating assets for all marketing channels
  • Develop reusable templates for social media content to help the marketing team scale campaigns efficiently
  • Partner with external suppliers to conceptualise and execute packaging designs for new product lines
  • Work with production and marketing to probe briefs, understand requirements, and develop creative strategies
  • Come up with and bring to life great ideas grounded in insights, with exceptional creative thought and craft
  • Work with internal stakeholders to define and build end-to-end visual assets for multi-channel advertising campaigns, social, content, partnerships, and customer comms
  • Pitch ideas confidently to internal teams, whether it's a small tweak or a big concept
  • Partner and communicate effectively with a cross-functional team, including writers, designers, animators, and producers
  • Work with Product Marketing to improve and update product positioning based on customer insights and market trends
  • Digest feedback and develop alternate creative solutions
  • Maintain consistent creative quality while applying and expanding brand guidelines
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of culture
