Brand Designer

Summary

Join us at EvenUp in crafting high-quality brand experiences as a Brand Designer. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to elevate our global brand, enhancing the customer journey from end to end.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale effectively to cross-functional teams
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly on designs
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to tackle challenges
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a distinctive visual language for our brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)
• Advocate for design consistency and cohesion across all company touchpoints
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing team and others to establish a clear, consistent brand voice through social media and paid digital marketing campaigns
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving EvenUp’s Brand Standards
• Partner with the UX Design team to tell compelling stories about our product and communicate its value
• Create eye-catching, effective designs for company events and other key marketing initiatives
• Manage and prioritize work and resources efficiently across multiple ongoing projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation for video and/or social media
• Basic video editing skills
