Requirements

• Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in graphic design, UX/UI, and product design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software
• Deep knowledge of interface design, user experience (UX), and usability
• Ability to create high-fidelity layouts and prototypes
• Experience working on complex and challenging projects with a user-centered approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced design concepts for a variety of medias and platforms
• Create and maintain design guidelines that ensure consistency and high quality across all projects
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to understand project needs and deliver creative and functional solutions
• Conduct research and market analysis to inform and inspire design decisions
• Produce prototypes and wireframes to validate concepts and designs before implementation
• Manage the design process from start to finish, including reviewing and presenting ideas to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with branding and visual identity design
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility
• Experience with advanced prototyping tools, and interactive design
