Brand Designer

Summary

Join Qwilr's marketing team as a Mid-Weight Brand Designer to help scale the company's growth. The ideal candidate has experience in graphic, brand, or visual design and is fluent in Figma.

Requirements

• Have experience as a Graphic, Brand, or Visual Designer creating a diverse range of digital and print marketing materials
• Be fluent in Figma
• Experience in motion design and video editing is a bonus!
• Have a portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean, elegant, and beautiful designs
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and are comfortable with actively surfacing ideas as well as challenges
• Have a keen understanding of design based on visual and popular trends
• Be a self-starter and curious about truly understanding our core customer, and willing to roll up your sleeves and research what they want and need
• Have a strong stylistic approach and a strong foundation in what makes a good design

Responsibilities

• Create a range of fresh, and high-quality designs for various channels including our website, social media, emails and templates used within the product
• Take concepts from ideation to delivery
• Be able to implement brand guidelines and provide guidance to internal team members
• Manage Qwilr’s template library by sourcing bespoke inspiration across a range of industries and use cases
• Brief new and updated templates to Qwilr’s Digital Design team, confidently and provide design guidance to ensure high design standards
