Summary

Join HoYoverse as a Brand Marketing Specialist and contribute to boosting brand awareness and user engagement in North America. Assist in developing marketing strategies, collaborate with internal teams, create content for campaigns, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industries
• Passionate about gaming, with a strong knowledge of Genshin Impact and the broader gaming community
• Strong logical thinking and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
• Experience with brand partnerships and influencer collaborations
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and digital marketing strategies
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to roll out integrated promotional campaigns
• Create and manage content for marketing campaigns
• Generate creative and strategic ideas during team brainstorming sessions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track and analyze campaign performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and influencers
• Stay on top of gaming and entertainment trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cross-cultural environments, with the ability to adapt to different company systems
• Mandarin is a plus but not required
