Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in a professional setting
- Possession of, or substantial progress towards, a recognised Business Analysis professional qualification
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance protocols
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exemplary organisational skills with a track record of meeting stringent deadlines
- Demonstrated proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues and other stakeholders to investigate and model business functions, business processes, information flows and data structures
- Gather, analyse and validate business requirements
- Produce business analysis deliverables using relevant documentation styles in line with organisational standards using appropriate tool
- Create high quality specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, and presenting findings and actions both verbally and in writing to the business
- Assist in defining user acceptance tests for new or improved business processes and IT systems
- Analyse solutions from all angles by modelling processes, mapping data and perform gap, impact and risk analysis to ensure that no detail is missed
- Support both internal development teams and external suppliers in the implementation of a change
- Seek to identify areas where improvement in systems and processes will lead to greater efficiency and ensure that these are brought to management attention
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and their practical application
