Remote Business Analyst

Summary

Join our team at ATS to support the Criminal History and Arrest /Disposition System as a Business Analyst. We are seeking a talented individual with experience in the criminal justice field to engage end users, gather business requirements, and analyze data.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. (focus in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Engineering, or related area of study is a plus)
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or Courts systems
• Results-oriented, technical, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Engage end users and business analysts in gathering & defining business requirements
• Define data validation and analysis
• Identify, document, and test system and process changes
• Conduct data gap analysis
