Senior Business Analyst

Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead all Intake/Idea meetings with Business and Operations teams
• Document the Intake results and action items
• Attend and represent the Product needs to IT during estimation
• Log all the Product Intakes on behalf of Business and Operations
• Track the Product lifecycle from Intake to delivery
• Assist in measuring the Intake outcomes
• Facilitate prioritization meetings across all stakeholders (voting, cross collaboration, etc)
• Provide full transparency on the priority across all Products
• Manage relevant dashboards using Smartsheet and JIRA (including aging, priority, lifecycle, outcomes)
• Work with other Product BA to log and track Product User Stories
