Requirements
- 3+ yearsβ experience in business analysis
- Proven experience with analysis and automation languages, practices and toolsets
- Understanding of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle
- Technical knowledge of programming, system design, IT infrastructure and database concepts
- An appreciation of both IT and business strategy
- Developing knowledge of business process re-engineering
- Ability to assimilate business context and priorities effectively so as to build subject matter expertise
- Assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
- Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise
- Sound technical ability, with the skills to pick up proficiency in new systems and technology quickly
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
Responsibilities
- Collect and compile metrics and data creating reporting and completing analysis
- Meet with user groups and other stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Analyse data, workflows, or metrics to make recommendations of potential improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to business as required
- Develop artefacts such as functional specifications and user stories that define and document the desired outcome focusing on the what and the why
- Coordinate testing to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system enhancement/development
- Ensure knowledge artefacts are appropriately completed
- Assist and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to achieve shared goals
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
