Collaborate with Account Executives and contribute to sales enablement. Maintain LMS technology expertise and monitor market trends. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, LMS Consulting, or Solutions Engineering role (preferably with Moodle, Totara, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar LMS platforms)
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing LMS platforms for demos and sandbox environments
  • Solid understanding of LMS core features: course management, plugin use, reporting, user permissions, etc
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and API-based integrations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS sales cycles, RFP processes, and evaluation support
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed discovery with prospective clients to understand their learning and development goals
  • Identify challenges in current learning systems and position Moodle’s LMS as a tailored solution
  • Analyse integration, compliance, content, and learner experience needs to align solutions with customer priorities
  • Design and configure sandbox environments and customized pilots to simulate real-world usage
  • Tailor themes, course structures, and workflows to client use cases
  • Advise on integrations such as SSO, SCORM/xAPI content ingestion, and HRIS or SIS connectors
  • Deliver live and asynchronous product demonstrations that speak directly to the prospect’s objectives
  • Lead pre-sales programs including sandbox setup, usage monitoring, and success metrics review
  • Respond to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs with clear, accurate, and persuasive documentation
  • Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to increase win rates
  • Support internal sales enablement with platform expertise and competitive positioning insights
  • Participate in deal strategy sessions and collaborate with marketing, product, and solutions teams
  • Maintain expertise in LMS technologies, including open-source trends and SCORM/xAPI/LTI standards
  • Monitor market and competitor developments, sharing key insights with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to product feedback loops, influencing roadmap and improving demo effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LTI, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1, Section 508)
  • Experience in the higher education, public sector, or corporate learning environments
  • Experience integrating LMS with SIS, HRIS, or talent platforms
  • Familiarity with pilot structuring, usage analytics, and storytelling in demo environments
