Remote Business Analyst

Summary

Join our fast-paced, agile team as a Marketing Analyst to collaborate with the Head of Marketing Analytics in executing tasks around documentation, auditing, client communication, and leveraging data tools/analytics to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Data Visualization
• Strong understanding of Marketing Analytics and Performance Metrics, with proven ability to analyze marketing behavior
• Intermediate understanding of marketing channels and their associated terminology/language
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and other query languages, with practical experience in data querying
• Advanced or fluent English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing Analytics to understand client requests around data collection, business intelligence solution design, and marketing analytics analysis & visualization
• Utilize analytical skills to assist in campaign planning and initial data analysis
• Work with Improvado SaaS tools that drive the ETL processes for our clients
• Bridge the gap between marketing requirements and post-campaign analytics communicating directly with data analysts
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to understanding and questioning campaign requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Experience working with Ad Tech platforms and managing digital marketing campaigns is a plus
