Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or related role
• Proficiency in at least four of the following areas: Experience Cloud, Shield, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Copilot, DataCloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives
• Develop and propose effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and objectives
• Configure and implement Salesforce features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet business needs
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Salesforce
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce environment and implement best practices
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools and software

Benefits

• Expected base salary for Tier One Location: $102,000-$140,000
• Expected base salary for Tier Two Location: $89,000 - $137,000
• Expected base salary for Tier Three Location: $71,000 – $111,000
