Requirements

  • Experience: 2 or more years in consulting or a similar role, with a focus on business analysis, ops, project management, or strategy
  • Proactivity: A bias for action, a proactive mindset, and the ability to push projects forward without waiting for instructions
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for analyzing complex data, identifying actionable insights, and driving decisions
  • Communication: Highly polished communication skills, with the ability to create executive-level reports, presentations, and written materials
  • Problem-Solving: A resourceful and adaptable approach to addressing challenges and navigating uncertainty
  • Attention to Detail: Extreme focus on precision and quality in all outputs
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making for the Workforce product, identifying trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
  • Lead and execute key initiatives for the Workforce team, coordinating with stakeholders from multiple departments to ensure successful delivery
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization, using these insights to inform decisions and recommendations
  • Develop polished, executive-ready presentations and reports for senior management, summarizing findings, progress, and actionable recommendations
  • Streamline workflows and improve information flow across Strategy, Product, Growth, Legal, and other teams to enhance overall efficiency
  • Proactively assist with adhoc tasks and projects to free up bandwidth for other team members, tackling ambiguous assignments with minimal context and delivering results
  • Address challenges and issues as they arise, demonstrating adaptability, creativity, and a strong sense of urgency to resolve problems effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Growth Potential: Eagerness to grow into a leadership role, with the potential to take on high-priority projects and direct accountability for Workforce's success
