Join Janus Health's Operational Intelligence team as a fully remote Business Analyst specializing in healthcare revenue cycle management. You will play a crucial role in improving workflow data capture, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to enhance revenue cycle performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong data analysis skills, experience with hospital revenue cycles, and familiarity with various operational aspects. This position is vital to the growth of Janus's Operational Intelligence products and offers opportunities to utilize AI and ML. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare business analyst role and expertise in data analysis tools. Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare business analyst role required
• Expertise in using data analysis tools to identify and quantify issues. Advanced Excel skills are required, SQL preferred
• Must be located in the United States, no sponsorship available at this time

Responsibilities

• Scope and implement configurations to improve workflow data coverage and quality
• Triage client and internal support tickets regarding workflow data coverage, quality, and presentation
• Conduct data quality assessments and identify areas for improvement in data accuracy and completeness
• Analyze large datasets related to healthcare claims processing, denials management, and reimbursement trends
• Identify and analyze root causes of revenue cycle inefficiencies and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to implement process improvements and drive revenue cycle optimization
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• General familiarity with revenue cycle management (RCM), Practice Management, and EHR systems is preferred. Experience with Epic preferred
• Hands on experience in creating data visualizations in Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools preferred
• Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and complex problems
• Excellent prioritization, logical deduction and organizational skills
• Ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player
• Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) skills
