Requirements

• MBA in Operations, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel for data analysis
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Reporting: Extract data from customer and Innovapptive systems, and prepare periodic monitoring reports using specific templates to track user adoption trends and value realization
• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret performance data to identify deviations and collaborate with stakeholders to propose improvements
• Reporting & Presentation: Create detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate data insights, findings, and recommendations to clients and internal management
• Solution Understanding: Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Implementation Consultants to understand Innovapptive solutions and their impact on business operations
• Project Assistance: Support the planning and execution of workstreams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
