Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role (finance, consulting, or financial services)
• Strong project management skills, including planning and reporting
• Experience working with large datasets and delivering actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI or Tableau
• Strong communication skills for working with both business and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Work with technology teams to deliver efficient business solutions and document business processes
• Analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making
• Design and maintain PowerBI or Tableau reports (e.g., performance dashboards, financial summaries)
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions
• Partner with investment, operations, and technology teams to deliver analytical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with portfolio management software (e.g., eFront, Salesforce) is a plus
