Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in sales enablement platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, content management systems)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Maintain our centralized repository of sales resources, best practices, and playbooks for easy access and reference
- Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing efficiency
- Utilize sales data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Partner with sales leadership and marketing to align strategies and initiatives
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales enablement initiatives' effectiveness and impact
- Gather insights from sales teams and propose enhancements to sales enablement programs and processes to ensure continuous improvement
