Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-5 years Customer Service related experience
  • Good knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes
  • Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles
  • Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools
  • Excel Intermediate
  • Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Good understanding of FCRA and Experian business rules relative to CPMS batch products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of all CPMS batch products and services

Responsibilities

  • Critiques customer specifications
  • Develops and executes project plans including program flows, with an emphasis on mortgage, housing and property data solutions
  • Develops mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies
  • Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery
  • Makes technical decisions on project direction and program processing using modeling specifications and techniques with advanced decision tree segmentation
  • Serves as project manager for program scheduling, operational personnel and departments
  • Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output
  • Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously
  • Assesses client business requirements, positions company products and solutions
  • Identifies new business opportunities and shares information with internal and external clients
  • Supports other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments as necessary
  • Prepares and processes program billing
  • Provides technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs
