As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with engineering and product development teams, facilitating communication with customers and providing technical support. You will handle customer requests, outreach to prospective clients, and platform configuration. This role requires strong communication and technical skills, experience with HCD, and the ability to create training materials and a self-service knowledge base. Requirements

  • Ability to liaison between product teams, internal users, and engineers to lead issue resolution, provide business and technical advice, and deliver consistent, high-quality support
  • Experience with HCD with the ability to create training materials, reset passwords, triage requests, and escalate issues to enhance CX, promote data awareness, and increase use of data assets
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service, give technical advice & top tier support
  • Experience developing high quality training materials
  • Experience developing a self-service knowledge base on SharePoint that includes step-by-step guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to help users troubleshoot common issues
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
  • A consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our engineering and product development teams by facilitating positive inbound and outbound communications with our customers along with related technical support activities
  • You will work on a variety of items such as incoming customer requests for information or assistance, outgoing communication to prospective customers to offer insight and education about our platform and technical tasks to configure setup for customers

Preferred Qualifications

Strongly preferred: technical writing capability with some SQL, Python, and R proficiency
