Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, with a proven track record of driving successful project outcomes across multiple industries
- Successfully led at least two large and complex projects as Lead Analyst or Product Owner, overseeing teams of 3+ Business Analysts in delivering high-quality solutions
- Extensive experience in large, complex IT projects, particularly those delivered using agile, hybrid (agile + waterfall), and/or other adaptable methodologies
- Excellent communication skills – experienced in leading cross-functional meetings, facilitating workshops, and engaging effectively with business stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to select, tailor, and apply analysis tools and methods that align with the unique requirements of each project, ensuring optimal outcomes
- Solid technical understanding – proficient in following solution architecture, understanding APIs, reading basic code, and writing SQL queries
- Comfortable working with both developers and business teams
- Hands-on experience in building custom software solutions and working with COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) or low-code platforms; familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus
- Quickly grasps industry-specific processes and terminologies, adapting to various business sectors and providing relevant insights
- Goal-oriented, independent, and confident, with a proven ability to stay focused and effective in dynamic, rapidly changing project environments
- Demonstrates strong leadership and ownership skills, fostering collaboration and driving team performance to meet project goals
- A strategic thinker who can balance business priorities with project constraints, ensuring solutions are both innovative and executable within technical and operational limits

Responsibilities
- Leading a team of business analysts – supervising their work, ensuring the quality and consistency of delivered materials, and maintaining compliance with shared standards, including decisions on how requirements are gathered and documented, what artifacts are used, and how to structure cooperation with other roles
- Defining the approach to analysis in the project – setting the direction and ensuring business goals are met
- Taking part in large and complex IT projects carried out by geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams
- Being involved in the full software development lifecycle – from concept, through development and implementation, to further growth and maintenance – often across parallel project streams
- Co-creating delivery plans and roadmaps, balancing business priorities with project and operational constraints
- Representing the project team in front of internal and external stakeholders, providing them with the right level of information and influencing business decisions
- Coordinating collaboration with business stakeholders to identify real needs and validate proposed solutions, taking into account contractual and technological constraints
- Coordinating work with UX designers, architects, and development teams, being responsible for the shape of the designed solution – ensuring it meets business needs and is technically feasible
- Managing analytical complexity in the project – identifying dependencies between modules, processes, and workstreams, ensuring consistency of requirements and removing conflicts
