As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various teams to identify and document business data and reporting needs. You will facilitate communication with customers, handle requests, and provide technical support. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience gathering and documenting business requirements, and the ability to translate them into technical specifications. Requirements

  • Ability to liaison between product teams, internal users, and data engineers/analysts to identify paint points, lead issue resolution, provide business recommendations, and deliver consistent, high-quality support
  • Ability to create user stories, functional specs, system/policy/technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and scope definition
  • A solid understanding of the CMS business landscape and itsโ€™ stakeholders
  • Experience working with business units to gather, analyze and document detailed business requirements and translate into clear, actionable technical specifications
  • Experience with HCD with the ability to create customer support documentation, escalate issues to enhance CX, promote data awareness, and increase use of data assets
  • Ability to facilitate and support user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements
  • Strong understanding of data context, including data sources, definitions and relationships to effectively analyze and interpret information
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence & JIRA
  • A consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with data engineers/analysts, developers, business unit stakeholders and product development teams to identify, document and articulate business data and reporting needs
  • Facilitate positive inbound and outbound communications with our customers along with related technical support activities
  • You will work on a variety of items such as incoming customer requests for information or assistance, outgoing communication to prospective customers to offer insight and education about our platform and technical tasks to configure setup for customers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Previous healthcare industry experience, specifically within CMS and/or hospital quality reporting, a big plus
