Senior Business Analyst

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related field
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Defining and prioritizing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals
• Managing changes to requirements and assessing their impact on the project
• Working closely with product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams
• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand business needs
• Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Working with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements
• Ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with system capabilities and constraints
• Identifying potential risks related to business requirements and system changes
• Assessing and documenting the impact of new requirements on existing processes
• Collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to mitigate risks
• Maintaining and creating documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications)
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
• Experience in the Audio/Video management systems projects
