Remote Business Analyst

Summary

The job is a Business Analyst 3 position in Richmond, VA, lasting for at least 12 months. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business needs for the Data Exchange Program related to behavioral health data.

Requirements

• Gathering business requirements from stakeholders (8 Years of experience)
• Compiling, evaluating, and interpreting complex information (8 Years of experience)
• Capturing key elements during meetings and brainstorming sessions, generate group member direction, and lead group to define and achieve goals (8 Years of experience)
• Presenting work results and recommendations in a written report or a verbal presentation (8 Years of experience)
• Expert level skill in MS Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint (8 Years of experience)
• Excellent verbal and written communications (8 Years of experience)
• Gathering and analyzing requirements related to data management, reports, and analytics (4 Years of experience)

Responsibilities

Coordinate extensively with client and partner stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and collect and analyze data to be exchanged between client and partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Some experience with writing SQL queries (2 Years of experience)
• Experience creating PowerBI reports and dashboards (2 Years of experience)
• Experience with health information systems, such as Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Experience with HL7 message standards (1 Year of experience)
