Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in IT projects
• Proven track record in insurance-related projects (life, non-life, insurtech)
• Hands-on experience in modeling, analyzing and optimizing insurance business processes
• Experience in conducting client workshops and providing strategic IT consulting
• Ability to understand and translate business goals into IT requirements
• Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders, including senior management
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Autonomous, well-organized and proactive in driving results
• Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle
• Understanding of the impact of digital solutions on insurance business performance
• Experience working in distributed and cross-cultural teams
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Responsibilities

• Eliciting and analyzing the client’s business needs in the insurance domain (life, non-life, insurtech)
• Co-creating and modeling a vision of the solution, adequate to the customer’s priorities and resources
• Supporting the full project lifecycle — from pre-sales and RFP response, through discovery, analysis and solution design, to development and launch of custom or low-code-based applications
• Specifying functional and non-functional requirements of developed IT systems
• Conducting and facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders
• Advising clients on best-suited IT solutions aligned with insurance business processes
• Collaborating closely with distributed development teams across geographies and cultures
• Supporting product planning, backlog management and delivery in agile setups
• Ensuring alignment between IT solutions and core insurance business processes (underwriting, claims, policy administration, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
• Domain knowledge in claims management and underwriting
• Familiarity with European insurance market regulations and trends
