Business Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking/asset management or financial services sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze banking processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop business cases and present findings to management
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to implement solutions
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with banking software and systems
• Knowledge of asset management
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
