Summary

As a Business Analyst Intern at Rackner, you will work closely with the team to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights. The position is based in College Park, Maryland and requires current students pursuing a Bachelor's degree with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and HUBZone occupancy proof.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to prove HUBZone occupancy in the current year* within the first week of employment using one of the following methods

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards to monitor business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations
• Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Assist in the development of business processes and workflow improvements
• Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is a plus
